Is your computer PC or MAC? The DRM isn't MAC compatible. If your computer is MAC, you will be able to view all videos in streaming mode, but unfortunately not download.

I own a PC, running windows XP.
the specific error message i get when trying to play a video is:
"Consumer (username) not found for client '0000934718-0'.
how do i solve it to play the videos?
