I recently purchased some DVD from your online store, but did not get any confirmation or tracking number for the purchase. I think I placed the order on 4/14/11 and haven't received anything as of today (4/21/11). Other websites would e-mail any relevant information about the purchase. It is a business transaction and the customer should get a copy of receipt via e-mail. Please make improvement. Thanks.
